The 28th China Lanzhou Investment and Trade Fair was held in Lanzhou, Gansu Province from July 7 to 11, 2022. This video is an interview with Ms. Pamela LAM, the Deputy Director of the Office of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in Beijing. Ms Lam mentioned that Gansu is getting better and better in all respects and hoped that cooperation could be promoted in the fields of economy, trade, culture and new energy in the future, and more businesses from Gansu would invest and operate in Hong Kong.

Recently, the Dunhuang Academy announced that the Dunhuang Documents Database (Website: dhyssjk.dha.ac.cn) was officially launched. It’s the first time that the Dunhuang Academy has released its most complete Dunhuang Documents collections around the world.

近日，敦煌研究院宣布敦煌遗书数据库（网址：dhyssjk.dha.ac.cn）正式上线，这是敦煌研究院首次向全球发布目前收录最全的敦煌遗书资料。

Shiyang River, the third largest inland river in Gansu. The water source of the River is for agricultural irrigation in Liangzhou and ecological utilization in Minqin county.Since 2012, Wuwei has set the ecological environment protection as the bottom line and “Ecology” has been the name card of urban development, promoting the in-depth construction of beautiful rivers and lakes to try to create a model of inland river construction.

In the eyes of Gansu people，what exactly is the “tea addiction” rooted in life ？

China's traditional tea-making was added to the intangible cultural heritage list of the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) on November 29.There is a unique way of drinking tea in parts of Gansu since ancient times—Guan Guan Cha (罐罐茶, Guàn Guàn Chá, "Jar Jar Tea"). According to previous studies, at the end of the Qing Dynasty, Tianshui Guan Guan Cha had become ubiquitous in both rural and urban areas. Guan Guan Cha stalls with small stoves once formed a unique landscape.

11月29日，“中国传统制茶技艺及其相关习俗”列入联合国教科文组织人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录（UNESCO）。甘肃部分地区自古以来就有一种独特的饮茶方式——罐罐茶。据考究，清朝末期，天水罐罐茶在城乡已随处可见，摆着小火炉的罐罐茶摊点，曾经形成一道独特的风景线。

In the past decade, the light of poverty alleviation shines over the land of China, sliding through every window of poor households and also resulting in great changes on Gansu.The victory of the fight against poverty in Gansu has eradicated extreme poverty: 75 impoverished counties and 5.52 million poverty-stricken population were all removed from poverty.
